TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TATT.AI
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TATT.AI mobile application (“the App”) operated by TATT.AI LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Use of the App
a. License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
b. Restrictions: You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App;
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App.
2. User-Generated Content
a. Tattoo Designs: You retain ownership of any tattoo designs or other content you create using the App (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the User Content for the purpose of providing and promoting the App.
b. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting or publishing it. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any User Content.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
a. Subscription Plans:
i. Standard Plan:
– Features:
– Unlimited slow-mode generation
– Limited boosts generations
– No access to artist listings and details
– No access to the tattoo editor
ii.Pro Plan:
– Features:
– Unlimited slow-mode generation
– Enhance your tattoo designs with a generous allowance of boost generations (500 generations per month)
– Access to artist listings and details
– Access to tattoo editor
b. Pricing:
i. Standard Plan:
– Monthly: $9.99 billed Monthly.
– Yearly: $39.99 billed Annually.
– Lifetime: $99.99 billed as a One-time Purchase.
ii. Pro Plan:
– Monthly: $19.99 billed Monthly.
– Yearly: $59.99 billed Annually.
– Lifetime: $249.99 billed as a One-time Purchase.
c. Payment and Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the chosen plan (only Monthly or Yearly). Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at the time of purchase and automatically renewed unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period.
d. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the settings of your device or the app store account. Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
e. Changes to Subscription: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan or feature at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting them in the App.
4. Third-Party Services
a. Tattoo Generation: The App may integrate with third-party services for features such as tattoo generation. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
5. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TATT.AI LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
b. Feedback: If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate the Feedback into the App without any obligation to compensate you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
